We have recieved a tentaive show schedule for the Zone 5 Region 3 IHSA teams (Western & Huntseat) for the 2008/2009 season. Remember this is tentative so check back for updates. Click here for the Schedule.
At the June 13 & 14 GOHJA show, our Hunt Seat girls raised over $500 dollars for their team. They raffled off lessons with local trainers as well as other goodies. Congrats girls on the hard work!
Members of the UCF Equestrian club and the Mascot Program will be around campus with Pegasus and the UCF Knight during summer Orientation. We will also have a booth during Orientation's Get Involved Social where potential members can find information about the club. If you are a member of the club already and would like to help with these events, please email the club account at ucfequestrian@hotmail.com.
HUNT SEATS NEWS
We finished our season in 7th place out of 13 or 14 schools. Great job, girls! Four of our girls, Stephanie Nursey, Ashley Nault, Aly Pfeifer, and Stacy Hurn qualified for Regionals on March 16th. Stephanie and Stacy qualified for Zones and competed on April 5. Stephanie placed 4th and Stacy placed 6th. Congratulations girls!!
