Salutations! My name is Lauren Fitzgerald, and I am from St. Cloud, FL. This is only my second year as part of the Equestrian Club at UCF, but I am quite honored to be appointed your Media Chair. I am currently a Junior at UCF, and I am studying Hospitality Management so that I can become an event coordinator with a specialty in wedding planning. I have an immense passion for retired racing greyhounds as well, and cannot wait until I can begin fostering many of them so that they may find their forever homes. Surprisingly, I don't own or ride horses. I do, however, have an amazing love for them. I can't wait to start this year and show you all I have to bring to the club. Here's to a great year!
