Hi! I’m Veronica Henry, I am from St. Petersburg, FL. I am currently a junior at UCF majoring in Studio Art. I have been riding for 13 years, and competing for over 10.  I currently show my horse Mufasa (Lukas) in the High Amateur Owner Jumpers and occasionally Mini Prix’s. Mufasa is a 1999 Argentine Warmblood Stallion, who I found on a trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina in May 2007. Mufasa is my life and I could never have imagined loving anything as much as I love him J I am excited to be a member of the UCF Equestrian club and a part of the UCF Hunt Seat team this year, I know we will have a lot of fun!
